One of a kind already made pieces ship out within three business days.
Custom order timeframes are on a project by project basis, So be sure to include your wedding date with your custom request and allow 1-3 months for design and making,
most product listing on the site are handmade to order. So Please allow 1-3 weeks for completion, unless otherwise
noted. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped out immediately from the United States
via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to five business days for delivery from the date the order
is shipped. Each order includes USPS Priority Mail Insurance and will be insured for the retail
value of the products purchased.
Small Items (rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings)- USPS Domestic Priority Mail Shipping Rate $15.00
Custom Jewelry- USPS Shipping Rate with Insurance $30.00
Larger hairpieces- USps shipping rate with insurance $50.00
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Sweet caroline will ship anywhere in the world!
Outside of the U.S. please allow up to five weeks for order completion and delivery, of already made pieces and product listings, from the date the order is placed. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped out immediately from the
United States via USPS Priority Mail. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged
by your country and carrier-related fees. These additional charges will be collected by our
shipping carrier at the time of delivery. Each order include USPS Priority Mail Insurance and will
be insured for the retail value of the products purchased.

Custom Jewelry- USPS International Shipping Rate with Insurance $40.00
Larger hairpieces- USps International shipping rate with insurance $60.00-$70.00
SERVICE DELAYS
sweet caroline is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances
such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected
shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays.
RETURN POLICY FOR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
sweet caroline carefully inspects your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please
inspect your purchase of any damage and notify us within 7 days of date of delivery; we will
arrange for a prompt repair or replacement once the damaged merchandise is returned. Return
Shipping of damaged merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping of the repaired
or replaced items will be taken care of by sweet caroline.
We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. If your item is
damaged though, please contact us immediately and we can discuss repairs and prices of the
repairs. Both returned and received shipping of merchandise is the responsibility of the
customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Custom orders may not be returned. But of course we want you to be happy with your custom adornments for your perfect day! So if you are not satisfied with your custom order, please contact us and we will work together to correct the piece to your satisfaction. additional fees may apply.
If, within 15 days of the ship date you are dissatisfied with the product, you may return your
purchase in the original condition received for a store credit or exchange. If you wish to
exchange an item please notify us of your request; we will arrange the exchange after the return
of the item(s) for exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. Return shipment of
merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping of exchanged item(s) will also be the
responsibility of the customer.
If the wrong size is ordered, at fault of the customer, you may exchange the product for the
appropriate size. Please Contact us within 15 days of the ship date. Sizing fees may apply.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn or damaged, through wear and tear, items.
